4. User Content and Rights
Users retain responsibility for the text, URLs, notes, maps, titles, descriptions, tags, and other content they input, upload, save, or share through the Service.
Users must have the legal right or valid permission to use any content they provide to the Service.
The Company may restrict access to, remove, or disable content or sharing where a legal violation, rights infringement, or policy breach is confirmed or reasonably suspected.
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, or trade secrets
- Content that unlawfully contains personal or confidential information of others
- Illegal, harmful, defamatory, hateful, or criminal content
- Malware, spam, abusive automation, or conduct harmful to service operations
