Refund Policy
This page explains the validity period, refund eligibility, and refund limitations for Brify paid credits. Please review the rules below before purchasing.
1. Scope
This refund policy applies to paid credit products sold by Brify.
2. Validity Period
Paid credits are valid for 1 year from each payment date.
This period refers to the validity period for using paid credits. Refund eligibility and refund scope are determined separately under the rules below and applicable law.
3. Eligibility
Paid credits are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if none of the credits charged by that order have been used.
Refunds for unused paid credits are processed based on the amount paid at the time of purchase.
Refunds are in principle made through the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
4. Limitations
Used paid credits cannot be canceled or refunded.
Once credit usage has started or map generation has begun, change-of-mind refunds for that order are restricted.
Unused paid credits remaining after 7 days from purchase are not eligible for refunds due to a change of mind, and may only be used within the 1-year validity period from the payment date.
Purchased paid credits may not be transferred, assigned, or lent to another member.
5. Exception Cases
Duplicate charges, system errors, or cases where a refund is required by applicable law may be reviewed separately for a refund.
6. How to Request a Refund
If you need a refund review, please email hello@brify.app with your purchase date, account email, and payment details.
To speed up the review, please also include your order ID, payment amount, payment method, and reason for the refund request.
7. Refund Processing
After a refund is approved, the actual cancellation and refund posting time may vary depending on your card issuer, bank, or payment provider, and it may take several business days.
